I had a great experience with Dr. O and his dental assistant. I was very nervous as I always am seeing the dentist, but since my daughter raved about him I decided to give them a call. They were able to fit me in the next day. By the time I showed up, my Insurance info had been verified and I was quickly taken back. He was very comforting and informative and made me feel at ease. After going over my questions and concerns, he confirmed what my insurance covered and what would be out of pocket. That made me feel better about my options and not feel forced. I think I got the best cleaning ever! I’m so happy to have found a new dentist.
